Okechukwu Nnodim, Abuja The Federal Government is said to have commenced data capturing for commercial transporters across the country. It was gathered that the initiative was conceived by the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Transportation.
