Commonwealth Games: AFN battles to stop athlete protest over allowance

Idris Adesina  The Athletics Federation of Nigeria  is allegedly pleading  with the athletes in camp in Port Harcourt  ahead of the  Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games  in Australia  not to boycott training over their unpaid eight-week camp allowances. The sports ministry is allegedly also owing   athletes in other sports  who are preparing for the Games. […]
