Buhari fires Boroh, names Charles Dokubo as Amnesty boss

President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday, sacked Brigadier-General Paul Boroh (Rtd) as Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme for Niger Delta militants and replaced him with Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo.
