Google to support 12 African start-ups

Feyisayo Popoola Google has announced 12 start-ups that will participate in its first Launchpad Accelerator Africa initiative. It also announced plans to offer single course scholarships to 15,000 developers, and nanodegree scholarships to 500 developers across Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.
