Late Ogundoyin’s son wins Ibarapa East by-election

In a surprising twist to the expectations of many that the Ibarapa East by-election to fill the post rendered vacant by the death of the late speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Michael Adeyemo would be a walk over in favour of his brother, Olukunle Adeyemo of the All Progressive Congress, APC, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Adebo Ogundoyin has won the election.
