Saraki inaugurates road, lays fertiliser plant foundation

Chukwudi Akasike Senate President, Bukola Saraki, on Saturday, inaugurated the Obiri-Ikwerre-Airport Road in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, constructed by the Governor Nyesom Wike administration.
