Kwankwaso decries poor infrastructure, says Buhari can’t improve economy

Chidiebube Okeoma, Owerri A former Kano State governor and a presidential aspirant on the Peoples Democratic Party platform, Rabiu Kwankwaso, on Monday flayed President Muhammadu Buhari’s approach towards boosting the nation’s economy.
