2019: Governorship aspirant cautions PDP delegates against vote for money

A governorship aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kebbi, Alhaji Abubakar Gari-Malan on Saturday cautioned delegates of the party not to exchange their votes for money.
