Breaking: Tribunal rejects PDP’s plea to access INEC’s server

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja has refused to order the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to allow the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, to inspect the central server they said was used to transmit results of the 2019 presidential election.
