Jenifa returns @ Muson

After a spectacular outing in the cities of New York and Chicago, USA, the much awaited movie Funke Akindele’s ‘The Return of Jenifa”, is ready to hit the Nigerian cinemas with a grand premiere scheduled for Friday, October 7, at the Muson Centre.

The movie, which was shot in locations within and outside the country, features both music and movie stars. Prominent among them are Eldee the Don, Banky W, Denrele, Antar Laniyan, Iyabo Ojo, Ireti Osayemi, Helen Paul, the late comedian CD John, Omawumi, Yinka Quadri and many others.

Directed by popular director DJ Tee of DJ Tee films, the movie is already enjoying rave reviews at the moment.

Talking about the success of the movie, Akindele said, “the response we got from people about the first part of the film was very encouraging, and a lot of people are looking forward to seeing the second part of the movie. I’m sure that the Nigerian audience will not be disappointed when they see the movie. It will definitely be bigger than Jenifa part one and two”
