Ibadan monarch promotes Sarafadeen Alli,  8 chiefs

The monarch of the city of Ibadan,  Oba Saliu Adetunji has promoted nine chiefs, among whom was Akogun  Sarafadeen Alli, a former Secretary to Oyo State Government.
