Sango-Ota (Ogun) – (NAN) Dr Titus Okunrounmu, a former Director of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has urged the Federal Government to invest the recovered 311 million dollars Abacha loot in building critical infrastructure in Nigeria.
