BENIN CITY – The Department of State Services (DSS) has refuted the ongoing information circulating on the social media that the service is currently recruiting people secretly. The Service Public Relations Officer, Peter Afunanya in a statement declared, “We wishes to inform the public that the DSS is not currently carrying out any recruitment exercise”. …
