Community Policing: Delta Ready with 378 Special Constabularies

ASABA – A total 378 Special Constabularies have been trained by Delta State government to add to the security force to fight crimes in the State. Presenting the ‘community police’ to the Nigeria Police Force in Asaba yesterday, said the trained Constsbularies would assist in no small way to police various communities in the state. …
