APC govs celebrate Lalong at 58 -NigPilot

Governors of the ruling All Progressives Congress under the umbrella of progressive Governors Forum, PGF, have congratulated His Excellency Simon Bako Lalong, Plateau State Governor and Chairman, Northern Governors Forum, on the occasion of his birthday.
