DWOPA secures free shelter for traumatised women, drug addicts -NigPilot

A Non- Governmental Organization, NGO, Divine Women of Purpose Association, DWOPA, DWOPA, has started building free shelter and rehabilitation centre for traumatized women, homeless and drug addict youths.
