Security operative kills Delta okada rider for protesting extortion

THERE was pandemonium along Orhuwhorun Road in the Udu Local Government Area of Delta State on Thursday as an unidentified commercial motorcyclist popularly known as okada rider was shot dead by a security operative for allegedly kicking against extortion from the operative.
