NRDF bill will drive knowledge based economy-Bogoro -NigPilot

Executive secretary, Tertiary education trust Fund, TETFund, Professor Suleiman Bogoro has stressed that a new vista is emerging in Nigeria with the inauguration of the draft committee on the National Research and Development Foundation, NRDF, bill.
