Kidnappings: NSCDC boss gives marching order to States Commandants -NigPilot

Following the spate of attacks and kidnapping of students in schools from different parts of the country, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has given a marching order to State Commandants to step up their game at ensuring the Corps deliver on its mandate.
