BENIN CITY – The Edo State Government has concluded plans to acquire a mobile digital mapper, as part of efforts by the Governor Godwin Obaseki-led administration to improve land management in the state Managing Director, Edo State Geographic Information Service Agency (EdoGIS), Arch.
