Move NOA from Information Ministry to Presidency for better performance – Lukman -NigPilot

A chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, and Director-General of Progressive Governors Forum, PGF, Dr. Salihu Lukman, has called for the relocation of the National Orientation Agency, NOA, from the Ministry of Information to the Presidency to better position it to deliver on its mandate.
