SSCE: Echono bemoans deplorable state of exam facilities -NigPilot

As students sit for the Senior School Certificate Examination of the National Examination Council, NECO, nationwide, the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education, Arc. Sonny Echono has expressed dissatisfaction over the poor examination facilities in most Nigerian Schools.
