USA wins Tokyo Olympics, Paris gets the baton for 2024

At the closing ceremony of the Games upended by the pandemic, Japan will hand over the Olympic baton to the next host city, Paris, at a ceremony that starts at 8:00 p.m. JST (1100 GMT).
