NSSEC funds meant to improve standard of Senior Secondary education- Abakpa -NigPilot

Executive Secretary National Senior Secondary Education Commission, NSSEC, Dr. Benjamin Abakpa has clearly stated that accessing the NSSEC fund is not a goldmine, rather it is a commitment towards raising the standard of Senior Secondary Education in the country.
