Two officers of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on special duty from Ogwashi Uku State Command headquarters in Delta State have been arrested and detained at the Sapele Police Station for allegedly torturing to death a 50-year-old suspected drug dealer named as Mr. Ilaya Christine.
