Ortom mourns Brig.-Gen. Apere Commander of “Operation Whirl Stroke”

Gov. Samuel Ortom of Benue on Monday in Makurdi commiserated with President Muhammadu Buhari, and the Nigerian Army on the death of Brig.-Gen. Dayo Apere, the Commander, Operation Whirl Stroke.
