Mourinho happy about Eto’o's desire to join Chelsea

Jose Mourinho is buoyed by the news that Samuel Eto’o is keen to move to Chelsea.

Big-spending Anzhi Makhachkala are trying to cut costs and the 32-year-old striker is available for a cut-price this summer.

The Cameroonian also claimed he would welcome another opportunity to work with Mourinho, after the pair won the Champions League and Serie A under the Portuguese at Inter Milan.

“I am always happy that somebody that worked with me previously is happy to be back and work with me again,” Mourinho told BT Sport.

“That is a good feeling that I have, when I read something that Samuel is keen.

“It is fantastic for us, but we are going to see what happens.”
