NSCC develops 10yr strategic plan for older persons -NigPilot

National Senior Citizens Centre, NSCC, has sought the collaboration of stakeholders to achieve the objectives of its establishment, especially with regard to developing a 10-year strategic plan; aimed at catering for older persons.
