Chelsea striker Pierre Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang soaked up the Barcelona celebrations following his former side’s victory over Real Madrid.

Aubameyang, who left Barca for Stamford Bridge in September, watched Barca secure a 2-1 El Clasico victory at the Camp Nou on Sunday.

The 33-year-old was an unused substitute the previous day, as Chelsea drew 2-2 against relegation-threatened Everton.

In an Instagram story posted by Barcelona forward Ferran Torres, Aubameyang can be seen in the thick of the celebrations in the dressing room.

The caption read ‘grande’ which translates in English to ‘big’, suggesting the Spaniard is relating to Aubameyang of having either a big heart or being of sentimental to him.

Barca snatched a last-gasp 2-1 win over their arch-rivals, following Franck Kessie’s injury-time winner.

Real Madrid opened the scoring after Vinicius Junior’s cross struck Ronald Araujo on the head and drifted past Marc-Andre Ter Stegen.

Sergi Roberto equalised, though, on the stroke of half-time pouncing to steer the ball home, before Kessie netted late on.

Not only was it Barca’s 199th El Clasico victory, the win saw Xavi’s troops go 12 points clear of Real Madrid in the LaLiga standings.

Aubameyang, by contract, last featured for Chelsea in their 2-0 defeat against Tottenham back in February.

The Gabon international has found game time limited ever since the sacking of former boss Thomas Tuchel.

Aubameyang, who has one Premier League and two Champions League goals since his arrival, last started a match back in November, when Chelsea lost to his former club Arsenal.

He will most likely be eyeing a move elsewhere in the near future, as he looks to recapture the form he has shown at both Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal.
