He is hoping to salvage a dismal campaign having finished eighth in the Premier League, their worst-ever finish with a goal difference of -1, by avenging last year’s Wembley defeat.

Victory would ensure European football is played at Old Trafford next season, but that may not be enough to save Ten Hag his job with Mauricio Pochettino linked as a potential replacement.

The Dutchman discussed his side’s chances at Wembley, his future at the club and Marcus Rashford‘s omission from the England squad for Euro 2024.

And he also revealed some big injury news ahead of the FA Cup final.
