Unbelievable: Over 6 Million Nigerians on Facebook; 81% Male, 19% Female

Recent research has shown that over six million Nigerians use social networking site, Facebook.

The most unbelievable thing about the reports of the research is the part that says, ‘out of the over 6 million Nigerians on Facebook, 81% are males and 19% are females.’

As much as i disagree, because i think females devote more time to social networking and so are most likely the ones to own the higher percentage, I also believe they might have migrated to Twitter.

But think of it this way, what if the research was point-on? The only explanation i would think for that is that men now use social media to make money; so it shouldn’t be strange if they own the higher percentage.

Do you by any means believe there are more Nigerian males on Facebook than females?

But i will also disagree with the result of that research. Most ladies have turned facebook to their personal public studio now, you wont really find guys uploading their pictures everyday, where is the time for that? talk of a place to gossip or poke-nose, there you have it facebook.

but lets assume the research is right, what happened to all the ladies? What are they men doing there? Do you believe the result of the research is correct?

Why is this a lie?
Speaking trash as u always do. D fact that u see girls around you doesn't mean they are populated most on Facebook. Boys don't go about Facebooking anywhere, but girls do and as a result u think they are more populated. Read the handwriting on the wall.

even from your new statistics you can still see that there are more men facebooking than men. but the question still remains, where are all the ladies and what are the men doing there
