Update: INEC fixes Feb. 16 2019 for Presidential, NASS Elections

As part of measures to ensure certainty with regards to the conduct of elections in the country, the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has fixed Saturday, February 16, 2019 for the Presidential and National Assembly elections.
