Husband tells court-Its true i sleep with women but pls dnt dissolve my marriage

People were shocked at the Alagbado Grade A Customary Court, Meiran following the confession of a husband, Kingsley Okhilua of 10 Waidi Folarin Street, Alaso in Alagbado Okeodo Local Council Development Area of Lagos State that he abandoned his matrimonial home and committed adultery with other women as alleged by his estranged wife, Mrs. Juliet Okhilua.

His wife, Mrs Okhilua of 60 Meiran Road, Meiran Lagos had earlier dragged her husband before the customary court, instituting a divorce case against him and claiming she is no more interested in the marriage due to constant battering, adultery, public harassment, threat to life and total negligence of fatherly and husband responsibilities.


 
Kingsley, who denied all other allegations by his wife but admitted that of promiscuity, pleaded the court not to dissolve their marriage.

However, Juliet, despite her husband’s plea, insisted on the divorce, praying the court to grant her the custody of their two children. She also wanted the court to order Kingsley to return the phone he collected from her and the N30, 000 she lost while he physically assaulted her at Ikeja bus stop.

The President of the court, Mr. P A Williams ordered Kingsley to return her phone while adjourning the case to Monday, 20th May, 2013, ordering both parties to maintain absolute peace.
