2019 polls: Election duties will be guided by neutrality – NSA

The National Security Adviser (NSA), retired Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno has assured that security agencies that will be deployed for election duties in 2019 will be guided by neutrality, operational efficiency, patriotism and professionalism.
