Buhari arrives Katsina to commission water, road projects

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari is expected to arrive in Katsina State tomorrow, Thursday to commission the gigantic multibillion naira Zobe water treatment plant and the newly constructed Dutsinma- Tsaskiya road, located at Dutsinma local government Area of the state.
