Buhari arrives Maiduguri, unveils power plant, other projects

  The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Thursday arrived Maiduguri, Borno State, to inaugurate a 50-megawatt power plant and other viable projects executed by the state government. The inauguration was part of his one-day official visit to the state. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Buhari was received on arrival by Governor
