Steve Bruce faces a must-win Premier League clash when he takes his Newcastle to Everton this Saturday lunchtime.
The Magpies have been awful in recent weeks and have not won in their last 11 games in all competitions.
They were beaten by Leeds in midweek and must bounce back soon before they are sucked into the relegation zone.
Newcastle did beat Everton 2-1 at St James’ Park back in November with Callum Wilson netting a double.
But the Toffees, who drew with Leicester last time out, have been in good form recently and can move to within a point of Liverpool with a win.

Newcastle boss Steve Bruce: “I wouldn’t expect to be bullet-proof, no. I don’t need any assurances.
“Look, we’re in the Premier League, we understand that we’re judged on results and our results haven’t been good enough at the minute.
“We played very, very well [in the home fixture against Everton].
“We know we’re capable and to be capable we need everybody fit and healthy and we’re edging towards that.
“I was pleased with the second half against Leeds so let’s hope we can build on that.”

- Everton have lost one of their last 16 home Premier League matches against Newcastle (W10 D5), a 1-0 defeat in September 2010.
- Newcastle United haven’t recorded a Premier League double over Everton since the 2001-02 season under Bobby Robson, winning 3-1 away and 6-2 at home that season.
